Caroline Stovall, MD, FAAD

Caroline Stovall, MD, FAAD specializes in general and surgical dermatology. Dr. Stovall grew up in Savannah, Georgia and earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Virginia, double-majoring in Biology and Spanish. She then attended the Medical College of Georgia, where she was inducted into the Alpha Omega Alpha Medical Honor Society and the Gold Humanism Honor Society in recognition of excellence in scholarly achievement, clinical care, and service. After medical school, she completed an internship in internal medicine at Washington Hospital Center.

She completed a dermatology residency at the University of North Carolina, where she received an award for excellent patient care. During residency, she served as chair of the resident cosmetic curriculum, authored several academic publications, and presented at dermatology conferences on numerous topics including acne, dermatologic infectious diseases, and inflammatory disorders. Dr. Stovall enjoys treating patients of all ages, and believes that excellent dermatologic care is individualized and strives to treat every patient as if they were a member of her own family.
